OREANDA-NEWS  President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced a new proposal for a peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian crisis under the leadership of the head of the White House, Donald Trump. He said this in an interview with CNN.

The journalist asked Zelensky if the plan was a new one from scratch or if it had some separate adjustments.

"I don't want to go into details. We need more American involvement in the peace plan. I am grateful to President Trump's team for wanting to continue it," the politician said.

Earlier, Vladimir Zelensky said that he had repeatedly asked the US administration to provide Ukraine with missiles for the Patriot anti-aircraft missile system.
