OREANDA-NEWS China is Minsk's second ally after Russia, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has said.

"As for the increasing role of China and the Global South, this is a fact. And we don't need to rebuild here. The Lord encouraged us to build good relations with China. After Russia, it is our second ally," Lukashenko said in an interview with Al Arabiya TV channel.

At the same time, the Belarusian head of state noted that he was dissatisfied with the current state of trade and economic relations with India.
