"The stability of the Russian economy is ensured, macroeconomic stability is absolutely guaranteed - and no one doubts this. This was repeatedly discussed at the president's economic meetings: he talked about it, and the prime minister reported to the head of state about it," he told reporters, commenting on the impact of volatility in the energy markets on the stability of the Russian economy.
