OREANDA-NEWS  The General Staff of Belarus announced the strengthening of the country's southern borders against the background of Ukraine's military activity. This is reported by RIA Novosti.

According to the military department, the presence of Ukrainian special forces is recorded near the borders of the republic.

The General Staff believes that the presence of special forces near the border of Ukraine with Belarus may indicate preparations for the deployment of sabotage groups on Belarusian territory.

Earlier, the "Power Block" reported that Colonel Khodarenok allowed Ukraine to attack Belarus.

He expressed fears of a possible intensification of border incidents and provocations, which could lead to an escalation of the conflict to a large-scale war.
