OREANDA-NEWS  The production facilities of the Naftogaz group were damaged in the Poltava region of Ukraine after the explosions, the company's press service reported on Tuesday.

The Ukrainian Public television channel reported earlier on Tuesday that explosions had occurred in the city of Poltava amid an air raid. Later, the Poltava regional military administration reported that nine settlements in the region were left without gas supply.

"Naftogaz Group's production facilities in the Poltava region have been damaged... Naftogaz is taking all necessary measures to stabilize the gas supply situation in the Poltava region," the company's Telegram channel says.

The Minister of Energy of Ukraine, German Galushchenko, previously reported that emergency blackouts had been introduced throughout the country.
