OREANDA-NEWS  The Swiss concern Nestle has responded to the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin on the introduction of temporary external management of its assets. The corresponding short comment is published on the corporation's website.

The company promised to take all steps to protect its rights and ensure the continuity of business operations in the interests of stakeholders (individuals and organizations that either influence or depend on the company) and, first of all, employees. It is not specified what actions are in question.

"L.E.V. Management" JSC, registered in Moscow in October 2024, will deal with assets worth about a trillion rubles. The head of the company is Andrey Krayushkin. There is no information about any of the company's activities, and the legal address of "L.E.V. Management" is a non-existent Moscow address.
