OREANDA-NEWS  Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has said that his country has no reason to finance Ukraine. He wrote about this on his page on the social network X.

"Financing Ukraine is not Hungary's business. We have no reason for this: neither political, nor economic, nor moral," the politician stressed.

This is how he commented on information from The Economist magazine, which notes that Ukraine will need $400 billion over the next four years to continue the conflict. "There are no more people willing to pay," the Hungarian prime minister added.

At the same time, Orban said that instead of supporting Ukraine in the next four years, he intends to focus efforts on strengthening the domestic economy. "Over the next four years, we will support Hungarian families, Hungarian businesses and Hungarian pensioners," he stressed.

Earlier, Orban said on the air of the Kossuth radio station that the leaders of the European Union countries supporting Kiev were pushing Europe towards a military clash. "Whoever supports Ukraine supports the war," the politician said.
