OREANDA-NEWS Poland has filed a complaint with the European Court of Justice against the free trade agreement with Mercosur countries, according to Polish Television.

"Poland has filed a complaint with the EU Court of Justice against the European Union's trade agreement with Mercosur countries," the report says.

It is specified that in its complaint, Warsaw demands "to suspend the application of the agreement until a decision is made," arguing that the agreement "was implemented in violation of procedures and affects the interests of European farmers."
