OREANDA-NEWS  Poland has lifted off its aircraft in connection with Russia's actions in Ukraine. This is reported by the operational command of the armed forces of the republic on the social network X.

It is noted that due to the alleged activity of Russia, Polish ground-based air defense and radar reconnaissance systems were put on alert.

At the same time, the command clarified that the measures are preventive in nature and are aimed at ensuring security in the territories bordering "vulnerable areas."

On September 13, Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski called on NATO to conduct "aggressive exercises" near the borders of the Kaliningrad region. According to him, Warsaw is monitoring this region and believes that there are "practically no troops there."
