OREANDA-NEWS  Unknown objects resembling balloons violated the airspace of Poland from Belarus. This was stated in the Operational Command of the Armed Forces (AF) of the country, the message was published on the social network X.

"On the night of February 15-16, 2026, military radar systems recorded another appearance of objects similar to balloons in Polish airspace from Belarus," the publication says.

The ministry noted that the situation remained under control and did not pose a threat to the safety of air traffic over Poland, and the detected objects were continuously identified and monitored by intelligence systems.

Earlier, the Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces reported similar incidents on February 9 and January 29.
