OREANDA-NEWS   Russian President Vladimir Putin has allowed Nova Capital to acquire up to 40% of shares in the authorized capital of the Elgaugol company, which is developing the Elginsky deposit in Yakutia, the corresponding order is posted on the website of the official publication of legal acts.

"In accordance with paragraph five of Decree No. Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated August 5, 2022. No. 520 "On the application of special Economic measures in the financial and fuel and energy sectors in connection with the unfriendly actions of Certain Foreign States and International organizations", which allows transactions (operations) that directly and (or) indirectly entail a change in the ownership, use and (or) disposal of shares constituting the authorized capital. the capital of the limited liability company Elgaugol, and they are aimed at making transactions by the Nova Capital joint-stock company to acquire up to 40 percent of these shares," the document says.
