OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin will launch the RT India TV channel during a state visit, according to the Kremlin's Telegram channel.

Putin arrived in India on Thursday for a two-day state visit. RT India TV channel will start broadcasting from the studio complex in New Delhi on December 5.

"Very soon, Vladimir Putin will launch the RT India TV channel," the message says.
