OREANDA-NEWS Rosreestr does not see any risks of land seizure from almost 100,000 Russians due to warnings they received from the agency.

Earlier, Izvestia reported that almost 100,000 Russians may have their land plots seized, as they look abandoned or are being used for other purposes. In 2025, 7.5 thousand people received Rosreestr orders to eliminate the identified violations, and another 91 thousand received warnings about the inadmissibility of violating the law.

"In 2025, as a result of measures to comply with land legislation, Rosreestr issued 91,032 warnings about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements. The announcement of such a warning is a preventive measure. It does not indicate a violation of land legislation and, moreover, is not a reason for the seizure of a land plot," the Rosreestr said in a statement.

It indicates that we are talking about signs of a possible violation in the future. If it is subsequently established, the copyright holder will already be given an order to eliminate it, indicating the time limit for taking action.
