Rosselkhoznadzor has restricted the import of one product from Armenia

OREANDA-NEWS The Rosselkhoznadzor has temporarily restricted the import of floral products from Armenia to Russia. This is reported on the official website of the department.
The restrictions will take effect from May 22 of this year until the end of the inspection of greenhouses, as well as the completion of the analysis of its results. Such measures have been taken to protect Russia's phytosanitary well-being and export potential.
At the moment, despite the guarantees of the Food Safety Inspection Body of Armenia, the identification of quarantine products continues.
So, when importing 96.2 million pieces of flowers, 135 cases were detected, which is 77 percent of the total number of detections for the whole of last year.
Earlier it became known that four countries have sharply increased imports of Russian corn, barley and wheat. Purchases of products from Russia have increased: Iran, China, Turkey and Kazakhstan.
