OREANDA-NEWS  Russia will fight for the return of its assets, said Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation.

Earlier, The Guardian reported that Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski rejected proposals to unblock frozen Russian assets and return them to Moscow.

"Is there any prospect of a problem with the return of our assets that were stolen by the Europeans and held by them? Yes, there is, obviously. But in any case, the Russian side will make every possible effort in all directions. This is legal work, court proceedings, prosecutions, and so on and so forth, in order to fight for the return of their stolen assets," Peskov told reporters.
