OREANDA-NEWS A tourist from Russia almost lost her life after being bitten by a bright blue jellyfish in Dubai, she was able to be rescued on the beach. This was reported by the Telegram channel Shot.

The victim was a 60-year-old woman. After the bite, she suddenly felt ill: her arm swelled, and soon Quincke's edema occurred.

It is also reported that the woman began to lose consciousness, but she was saved by eyewitnesses.

Earlier, a two-year-old boy from Khabarovsk did not survive after being bitten by a poisonous jellyfish in Malaysia. He was stung by a cubomedusa. When the child was pulled out of the water, he had already stopped breathing.
