OREANDA-NEWS NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said that the alliance has various options for countering Russia, but declined to disclose them, noting that some of the possible measures will remain secret.

"We have all possible answers. We just can't always tell you what they are. Therefore, some of them will be public, and some will not," Rutte told reporters in Brussels when asked how NATO is countering certain "Russian hybrid threats."
"We will also continue to support Ukraine. And this support will be more, not less," he said.

In recent years, Russia has noted unprecedented NATO activity near its western borders. Moscow has repeatedly expressed concern about the buildup of alliance forces in Europe.
