OREANDA-NEWS  Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu has arrived in India, where a meeting of senior representatives of the BRICS countries responsible for security issues will take place.

As the press service of the Security Council staff told RIA Novosti, Shoigu will take part in a meeting of high representatives of the BRICS countries responsible for security issues in New Delhi on Tuesday.

"The participants of the event are expected to discuss ways to strengthen coordination among the BRICS countries in the context of the formation of a polycentric architecture of international relations, as well as certain issues of international and regional security," the press service said.
