OREANDA-NEWS  There are about 450 Russians left in the Gaza Strip. The approximate number of Russians in the enclave was reported by Aliya Zaripova, a spokeswoman for the Russian representative office to the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) located in Ramallah, TASS reports.

"About 450 Russians are now in the territory of the Palestinian enclave," she said.

According to her, the exact number of Russian citizens in Gaza is quite difficult to determine. About 1.2 thousand Russian citizens are on consular registration, but they have not yet registered their children, some could have come to Gaza at the very moment of the start of a sharp escalation and stayed in the sector, others, on the contrary, left the enclave at that time and could not return to Gaza, she added.
