OREANDA-NEWS   US President Donald Trump's peace plan for Ukraine was drawn up by special envoy Steven Witkoff and son-in-law of the American leader Jared Kushner. This is reported by the Axios portal, citing sources.

"Witkoff and Kushner drew up an initial version of the 28-point plan, using an approach similar to what they used during the Middle East Gas negotiations," the publication says.

Allegedly, US Vice President Jay Dee Vance was the first to get acquainted with the project, after which he consulted with Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who considered the plan acceptable. Soon, the panelists called a meeting at the White House to seek Trump's approval.
