OREANDA-NEWS  The Cygnus cargo ship will depart for the International Space Station (ISS) on January 29. The corresponding date was named by NASA.

The launch of the spacecraft is scheduled to take place from the Cape Canaveral cosmodrome in Florida on January 29 at 20:29 Moscow time. The ship is scheduled to dock with the station on January 31.

The ship will deliver materials for scientific research, food and equipment to the ISS.

On December 22, the Cygnus cargo spacecraft of the American company Northrop Grumman undocked from the ISS. The device that took the garbage and waste from the station burned down in the dense layers of the atmosphere two weeks later.
