The EEC will conduct another investigation into pipes from Ukraine

OREANDA-NEWS The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has launched a second anti-dumping investigation into seamless stainless pipes from Ukraine imported into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), the commission said.
"The Department of Internal Market Protection of the Eurasian Economic Commission has decided to launch a second anti-dumping investigation in connection with the expiration of the anti-dumping measure against seamless pipes made of corrosion-resistant (stainless) steel originating from Ukraine and imported into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union," the commission's notification says.
It is specified that the decision was made based on the results of consideration of the application submitted by the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK), TMK-Inox LLC, Kiberstal LLC and supported by Kazan Pipe Rolling Plant LLC. According to the statement, these enterprises accounted for 100% of the production of stainless pipes in the EAEU from 2023 to 2025.
