OREANDA-NEWS  The European Commission lowered its forecast for global GDP growth for the current year to 2.8% from 3.1% expected in autumn, according to a new EC report.

The growth forecast for 2027 remains at the level of the autumn forecast of 3.2%.

In 2025, according to the European Commission, global GDP growth was 3.4%.
