OREANDA-NEWS The Japanese electronics developer and supplier of infrastructure solutions Fujitsu has launched the process of liquidation of the Russian business, reports RBC with reference to the data of the Rusprofile service.
As the journalists pointed out, the company's legal entity in Russia, LLC Fujitsu Technology Solutions, will be liquidated in August 2024.
They added that the Japanese company suspended its work after the start of a special military operation in Ukraine, without declaring a complete withdrawal from the Russian market.
The Japanese manufacturer created a local legal entity back in the early 2000s. The company traded laptops, computers and spare parts for them in Russia. In addition, Fujitsu distributed solutions in the field of IT and communications.
