They also thanked the country and the Azteca stadium for the first match in the history of the Uzbek national team at the World Cup.

On June 18, the Uzbek national team lost to the Colombians with a score of 1:3, they occupy the last place in Group K. Fabio Cannavaro's team will face Portugal in the next round.

Earlier, the Japanese national football team cleaned up in the locker room after the match with the Netherlands (2-2). They followed the example of their fans, who did the same in the stands of the stadium.
