OREANDA-NEWS  The Netherlands will purchase equipment for Ukraine for 175 million dollars. This amount was announced by the head of the Dutch Ministry of Defense, Kaisa Ollongren, on the social network X (formerly Twitter).

This assistance package will be provided through the International Fund for Ukraine (IFU), co-financed by the Netherlands. The Minister stressed that the Armed Forces of the Republic (AFU) need large resources for air and sea defense.

Earlier, U.S. Senator from Ohio James Vance said that financing Ukraine does not meet the interests of the United States. He noted that the administration of US President Joe Biden does not have a clear vision of the conflict itself, as well as ways to resolve it.
