OREANDA-NEWS  The predominantly Russian crew of the Panamanian cargo ship Leros has been in the Venezuelan port of La Guaira since August, without receiving food, wages and the necessary technical and administrative assistance, the ship's captain Albert Fazliev told RIA Novosti via audio link.

"Food has been delivered to us in half since August. You order for a month, it comes for two weeks. We have to reduce the rations and stretch the products for another two weeks," he said.

The captain clarified that the crew consists of 13 Russians and five Indonesian citizens.
