OREANDA-NEWS  Microsoft Rus LLC, a bankrupt subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation in Russia, put up debts and equipment for auction, the Rusprofile counterparty verification service found out.

It is reported that Microsoft's Russian subsidiary has scheduled two auctions for the sale of its property on September 30 to pay off debts. The total initial price of all lots exceeds 3.8 billion rubles.

The right of claim to Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited has been put up for auction on the basis of a contract of assignment for the provision of services. The debt in the amount of more than 1.5 billion rubles is planned to be sold for 1.4 billion rubles. Another lot concerns the right of claim to Microsoft Global Finance on the basis of the general loan agreement. The initial price of the lot is 2.4 billion rubles. The company also offers to purchase four Lenovo laptops.

These are repeated auctions for the sale of debts and equipment of the company. No bids were received for participation in the previous auctions, so the price was reduced by 10 percent, experts say.
