The Russian government has extended the effect of export duties on sunflower oil
It is noted that the authorities continue to implement measures to protect the domestic food market.
"The decision was made to meet the needs for raw materials of processing enterprises, as well as the livestock industry with oilseed processing products. Earlier, it was supported by the subcommittee on customs and tariff regulation," the publication states.
The value of the customs duty rate for the export of sunflower oil will remain the same and will be calculated based on the base export price of 82.5 thousand rubles per ton.
The duty rate on meal will be reduced and will be calculated according to the formula of the difference between the indicative price, that is, the arithmetic average of market prices for the month, and the base price multiplied by a correction factor of 0.7. The Ministry of Agriculture is instructed to constantly monitor the market to establish an indicative price.
Earlier, Russian carriers asked Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin to limit fuel prices. Vladimir Matyagin, President of the National Association of Freight Motor Transport "Gruzavtotrans", proposed to introduce state regulation of diesel prices and fix its cost below 60 rubles.
