OREANDA-NEWS   Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez responded to the threats of US President Donald Trump with words about the inadmissibility of war. This is reported by the AFP news agency.

"No war!" declared the Spanish Prime minister.

He also stressed that Spain does not support the operation of the United States and Israel against Iran, and called it a disaster. According to Sanchez, this position is shared by many governments and millions of citizens.

In this way, Sanchez responded to Trump's threats due to Spain's ban on using its military bases, which are jointly managed, for operations against Iran. The US president called Madrid's position "terrible" and said that the United States could simply arrive and use the bases if they wanted.

Earlier, Trump also threatened that the United States would stop trading with Spain due to its refusal to increase defense spending.
