OREANDA-NEWS The Central Command of the US Armed Forces said on Friday that all six crew members of the KC-135 tanker aircraft that crashed in western Iraq were killed.
On Thursday, the command reported the loss of a KC-135 tanker aircraft in Iraq as a result of an incident with another aircraft. They noted that the incident was not caused by either Tehran's actions or friendly fire. The media claimed that two tanker planes collided in the air while refueling the fighters.
"All six crew members of the American KC-135 tanker aircraft that crashed in western Iraq have been declared dead. The aircraft was lost while flying over friendly airspace on March 12 during Operation Epic Fury," the military said in a statement.
