OREANDA-NEWS  Ukraine has received almost 190 million euros from the World Bank. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Finance of the country.

It is noted that the general fund of the state budget of Ukraine received 189.32 million euros. The funds were provided on preferential terms from the International Development Association. The loan repayment period is ten years with a four-year grace period.

According to the ministry, the funds are planned to be allocated for salaries for February of this year to employees of state bodies and teaching staff.

Earlier it was reported that the Netherlands allocated 40 million euros for the World Bank program to support farmers from Ukraine. "This will provide Ukrainian farmers with access to finance, as well as greater food security," said Dutch Foreign Trade Minister Lishe Schreinemacher.
