OREANDA-NEWS  Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said that he had held talks with the delegations of the Russian Federation and Ukraine, there is a will for a third round of negotiations, according to him, the republic is ready to accept these negotiations.

"Yesterday I had contact with the parties, the implementation of the decisions taken during the second round is being completed, that is, the exchange of prisoners, the bodies of dead soldiers. If the promises made to each other are fulfilled, we see the will of the parties for the third round of negotiations. The Russian side has already stated this. We are ready to accept negotiations. The main thing is to prevent conflict," Fidan said in an interview with A Haber TV channel.
