OREANDA-NEWS There is growing dissatisfaction in the European Union (EU) with the slow pace of reforms in Ukraine. This is reported by the Euracriv portal.
"EU officials in Brussels are becoming increasingly annoyed by the slowdown in the pace of reforms in Ukraine," the publication says.
The publication notes that in 2026, Kiev should receive 37 billion euros from the European Peace Fund (EPF) and an EU loan, but this money is still not transferred. According to sources, the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, at a meeting with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in New York, insisted on reforms to unfreeze financing.
Earlier, the EU Council, within the framework of the Ukraine Facility program, approved the payment of the next tranche to Kiev in the amount of three billion euros.
