OREANDA-NEWS  A Romanian F-16 fighter jet shot down an unidentified unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) that had invaded Romanian airspace. This was announced by the country's President Nikushor Dan on the social network X.

"This morning, at about 11:00 a.m., a Romanian pilot on an F-16 fighter jet shot down a drone that had invaded our country's airspace," the head of state wrote.

According to him, experts are currently examining the area of the drone crash to find out all the details of the incident.
