OREANDA-NEWS  The key to dialogue with Russia and resolving the Ukrainian crisis is to involve Moscow in discussing the architecture of European security. This was stated by former CIA Director for Russia analysis George Beebe. He was quoted MK.RU .

According to him, if the United States wants to reach an agreement with Russia, then the White House should understand that for Moscow what is happening is a global geopolitical confrontation that needs systemic solutions.

Earlier, former Finnish President Sauli Niinisto said that Europe should enter into a dialogue with Russia. One of the reasons for this is the so-called security architecture in Europe. In addition, dialogue with Moscow is important, since after the end of the conflict in Ukraine, a hostile border will run through Europe.
