OREANDA-NEWS  The Russian Armed Forces have used missiles against Ukrainian energy facilities. This statement was made by the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky in Telegram.

"There was a report on the consequences of the night strike – the Russians used missiles against our energy facilities. (...) We discussed the situation in Kharkiv and the region, in Zaporizhia, Poltava and the region, in Sumy region, in Kropyvnytskyi and the region, in Kiev and the region, in Ternopil," he wrote.

The Ukrainian leader spoke about the need to prepare additional protective measures. He handed out relevant instructions to the Commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Anatoly Krivonozhko, Minister of Defense of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov and Head of Ukrenergo Vitaly Zaichenko. Zelensky stated the need to increase pressure on Russia.

Earlier, Sergei Lebedev, coordinator of the pro-Russian underground, reported that Russian troops had fired a hypersonic missile at a substation connected to a nuclear power plant in Kiev.
