Zelensky signed decrees on the introduction of new sanctions against the Russians

OREANDA-NEWS Ukraine has imposed sanctions against Russian commissioners for children's rights, follows from a decree published on the website of Vladimir Zelensky.
Earlier, Zelensky said in a video message that he had signed a decree of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine on the imposition of sanctions against Russians "involved in the abduction of Ukrainian children."
The document does not specify the positions of persons against whom sanctions are imposed, but the personal information coincides with the data of the Children's Rights commissioners in Moscow Olga Yaroslavtseva, Moscow Region Ksenia Mishonova, St. Petersburg Anna Mityanina, Stavropol Territory Svetlana Adamenko, Kursk Region Natalia Listopadova, Sverdlovsk region Igor Morokov, Tver region Larisa Mosaligina, Belgorod regions of Galina Fifths, Ulyanovsk region Ekaterina Smoroda, Voronezh region Sergey Kanishchev, Tula region Natalia Zykova, YANAO Danilo Trubitsyn, Khabarovsk Krai Peter Perevezentsev and other regional ombudsmen.
Also on the list are people whose personal data coincide with the data of the Commissioner for Human Rights in Chechnya Mansur Soltaev, head of the Murmansk administration Yuri Serdkin, head of the executive committee of the regional branch of United Russia in Chechnya Adlan Dinaev, head of the Chuvashia UFAS Vyacheslav Borisov, Chairman of the Chechen Government Muslim Khuchiev, deputy Governor, Minister of Transport of the Rostov region Vladimir Okunev, the head of the Rostov Ministry of Economic Development Maxim Papushenko, the Minister of Agriculture of the Rostov region Konstantin Rachalovsky and others.
Sanctions have been imposed on all individuals for 50 years, they provide for a ban on entry into Ukraine, blocking of assets, a ban on the withdrawal of capital outside the country.
Also, seven organizations were sanctioned - ANO "House for Mom", "All-Russian Student Rescue Corps", the Russian Red Cross, LLC "Nikea", "Russian Humanitarian Mission", "People's Front", charitable foundation for helping people in difficult life situations, "Gulfstream". Sanctions are imposed on Gulfstream for 50 years, against other organizations - for 10 years.
The sanctions provide for the blocking of assets, the prohibition of the withdrawal of capital outside Ukraine, the termination of the fulfillment of economic and financial obligations, the prohibition of technology transfer, intellectual property rights.
