Zelensky will go to The Hague

OREANDA-NEWS President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky will meet with Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schof and King Willem-Alexander in The Hague on Tuesday, December 16. This is reported by Reuters.
On this day, a conference of the Council of Europe will be held in The Hague, the purpose of which is to create an international claims review commission for Ukraine.
Earlier, Zelensky proposed to abandon Ukraine's desire to join NATO in exchange for security guarantees from the West. The Ukrainian leader called the change of position a compromise on the part of Kiev. He stressed that alternative security guarantees should be legally binding.
The Ukrainian authorities have allowed the renunciation of membership in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the holding of presidential elections in the country within 100 days as part of the settlement of the conflict with Russia.
