OREANDA-NEWS. Kazinvestbank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of registered amendments to the issue prospectus of its bonds KZP03Y15D787 (KZ2C00003192; KASE official list, category "other debt securities", KIBNb7) and a certificate of state registration of a securities issue of August 18, 2016 replacing the one issued earlier.

According to the mentioned documents:

- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered amendments to said bonds issue prospectus;

- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to a change in the type of said bonds;

- the type of bonds was changed from subordinated unsecured bonds to subordinated unsecured bonds convertible into common shares.
