According to the announced data, Chinese exports to the United States for this period decreased by 10.7%, to $ 312 billion, imports of American products - by 26.4%, to $ 90.66 billion. "On October 10 and 11, the next round of Sino-US trade and economic negotiations took place. In some areas, real progress was achieved", he recalled.
In 2017, Sino-US trade turnover amounted to $ 583.7 billion, an increase of 12.3%. At the same time, exports of products from China to the United States grew by 11.5%, to $ 429.8 billion. Imports of goods from the United States showed an increase of 14.5% to $ 153.9 billion. In 2018, the US negative balance amounted to $ 323.32 billion an increase of 17.2%.
