OREANDA-NEWS   Russian rapper David Nureyev, known under the pseudonym Ptakha, has not paid for a "communal apartment" for years and has lost the right to dispose of the apartment. The Telegram channel Shot writes about this.

Reportedly, the contractor's housing in Moscow was arrested for utility debts. We are talking about a three-room apartment with an area of 75 square meters in Basmanny Lane. For her sake, in 2013, the artist took out a mortgage, and today the living space is estimated at 35 million rubles. For housing and communal services (housing and communal services) Ptakha has not paid since October 2017 — for eight years the amount of debt has reached 372 thousand rubles. Utilities have repeatedly sued the malicious defaulter — now bailiffs will arrest the rapper's real estate until he pays off utility debts.

Earlier, through the court, the Moscow Capital Repair Fund tried to recover debts for the "communal apartment" from actress Olga Arntholts. The court, however, refused to consider the claim.

At the same time, Alyona Vodonaeva, a former participant of Dom-2, was charged millions of bills for housing and communal services by mistake. The star received a preliminary payment of 1.7 million rubles due to incorrectly provided data from the counter.
