OREANDA-NEWS  The Ostankino court of Moscow has banned websites selling electric fishing rods and bows, according to documents available to RIA Novosti.

The prosecutor filed a corresponding lawsuit with the court, which asked to recognize the information as prohibited for distribution in Russia.

"Considering that the use of piercing traps using stretched steel or bone darts during hunting can cause damage to hunting resources, is a method that causes suffering to the animal and violates the principle of avoiding harsh treatment of animals during hunting, as well as harm to citizens of the Russian Federation, who cannot be individualized, Internet users have access to this information. It contradicts the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and federal legislation," the court ruled.
