OREANDA-NEWS  The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) is assessing the situation with rising gas station prices in the Kursk Region, Crimea and Krasnodar Territory, and the agency does not rule out new warnings to oil companies regarding the increase in fuel costs at gas stations, Maxim Shaskolsky, head of the service, told reporters.

Earlier, the FAS issued several warnings due to rising prices at oil companies' gas stations. Answering a question on the sidelines of the All-Russian Tariff Conference whether warnings are still being prepared against oil companies on prices at gas stations, Shaskolsky said: "Maybe they will."

"Let's take a closer look. We should take a look at the Kursk region. We'll check it out in Crimea. In the Krasnodar Territory, too," he added, commenting on the question in which regions the FAS is studying the situation with rising gas station prices.
