Experts have undermined the ice on the arrow of the Dubna and Sister rivers and freed about 100 meters of the riverbed. Such measures help to reduce the risk of flooding and protect residents from flooding.
Earlier, Muscovites were reminded that access to the ice of reservoirs at daytime air temperatures above zero degrees is prohibited.
