OREANDA-NEWS The leadership of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) has revealed the amount of deductions received from bookmakers in the third quarter of 2025. This is reported by Sports.

It is noted that the league received a total of 283.3 million from bookmakers. Of these, 70 percent will be used to finance professional hockey, and the rest will be used to develop children's sports.

Compared to the same period last year, the amount increased by 50 percent. And by 25 percent compared to the previous quarter of 2025.

Earlier it was reported that the income from the bookmaker tax will amount to more than 60 billion rubles in 2026. Thus, they will grow 60 times.
