OREANDA-NEWS  Russians in 2022 began to get sick more – the total incidence increased by almost 4% compared to 2021, the primary – by almost 5%, follows from the report of the Ministry of Health on the results of work in 2022, which is available to RIA Novosti.

"The total morbidity of the population of the Russian Federation in 2022 increased by 3.83% and amounted to 174,516.8 per 100,000 population, in 2021, 16,8066.5 per 100,000 population," the document says.
The overall incidence in 2022 increased in almost all classes. Respiratory diseases took the first place, an increase of 3.6%, circulatory diseases took the second place, an increase of 5.8%, diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue took the third place, an increase of 7%. The overall incidence of neoplasms in 2022 increased by 4.6%.

The primary morbidity of the Russian population in 2022 also increased by 4.6% compared to 2021.
