OREANDA-NEWS The volume of drug production in Russia increased by 21.5% in 2024, and the share of domestic medicines now stands at more than 64%, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said.

"The volume of drug production, let me remind you, in 2024 it increased by 21.5% and amounted to about 800 billion rubles. This is serious. Let me remind you that it was 612 billion rubles in 2023. And the share of domestic medicines has already reached more than 64%," Mishustin said during the government's report to the State Duma.
