OREANDA-NEWS The former deputy head of Rossotrudnichestvo, Natalia Poklonskaya, announced on her Telegram channel that she was appointed to the post of adviser to the Prosecutor General of Russia, Igor Krasnov. She stressed that she would no longer conduct social networks and public activities, but would devote herself entirely to a new job.

“Today I have been appointed to the position of Advisor to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation Igor Viktorovich Krasnov. Now I will be engaged in the implementation of the tasks set by the Prosecutor General of Russia in accordance with the Federal Law “On the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation,” Poklonskaya wrote.

The day before, Russian President Vladimir Putin dismissed Poklonskaya from the post of deputy head of Rossotrudnichestvo. She has held this position since February 2022. Poklonskaya's duties included protecting the rights of Russians in other countries and managing culture.

Prior to that, in the fall of 2021, she was appointed to the post of Russian Ambassador to Cape Verde, but did not transgress her duties due to changed personal circumstances.
