OREANDA-NEWS   The trade turnover between Russia and Qatar has increased by 10%, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"A set of measures is being implemented to diversify and increase trade turnover. Although it is so modest in absolute terms, it is still increasing, it has increased by 10%," Putin said at a meeting with Qatar's Emir Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani.

The conversation took place on the sidelines of the eighth summit of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF).
